📊 This week’s light
The Prophet ﷺ taught that the most beloved deeds are those done consistently, even if small. This panel is a mirror — not a scoreboard for pride.
A quiet accounting — what you sent ahead (this device only).
NurOS Legacy — 7-day path
Legacy path from NurOS — one focus, one source, one action. Educational only. Marks stay on this device.
🕯️ If I die tonight…
What one deed would I want to have sent ahead?
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Remember often the destroyer of pleasures (death).” Let the question soften the heart — then act once.
🧭 Soul Compass — three gates before sleep
A Prophetic self-audit: guard the heart, the tongue, and the hands. Tap each gate. Educational reflection — not a fatwa.
❤️ Heart — niyyah & diseases
When the heart is sound, the body is sound (Bukhari & Muslim). Ask: what intention drove my main deeds today?
- Renew intention for tomorrow’s first deed
- One istighfār for a hidden fault
- Duʿāʾ: “O Turner of hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion.”
🗣️ Tongue — speech & silence
Speak good or remain silent (Bukhari · Muslim). Backbiting eats good deeds.
- Seek forgiveness for one doubtful sentence
- Replace one complaint with thanks
- Send ṣalawāt ten times
🤲 Hands — earned & given
You will be asked about wealth: how earned and spent. Ṣadaqah extinguishes sin as water extinguishes fire.
- One small ṣadaqah or service
- Remove one harm from a path
- Plan repair if you wronged someone
Today’s Character Lesson
Adab before ʿilm. The Prophet ﷺ was sent to perfect good character. Read once, act once.
A Verse from the Quran

Life Events Guidance
Hardship and ease are both tests. Responses below are educational summaries grounded in Qurʾān and Sunnah — for your situation, ask a qualified local scholar.
Real situations — job loss, illness, parents, marriage, birth, death, anger, prayer under pressure — with Sunnah, scholarly notes, and one action for today.

Educational only — not medical advice or a fatwa. Always consult a qualified physician for health decisions. Verify primary texts on Sunnah.com.
Black seed (الحبّة السوداء) — al-ḥabba al-sawdāʾ
The Prophet ﷺ said: “In the black seed there is healing for every disease except death (as-sām).”
Bukhārī 5688 · Muslim 2215 · Open on Sunnah.com
Scholars understood this as a general blessing in the seed (Nigella sativa), not a claim that it replaces every treatment by itself. Ibn Ḥajar and others noted that “every disease” can mean many illnesses in the practice of the Arabs of that time, or a broad benefit with exceptions known to Allah — and that as-sām (death) is explicitly excluded.
- Modern Muslim physicians and herbal educators often discuss black seed oil/seed as a supportive wellness food — never as a substitute for diagnosis or prescribed care.
- Prophetic medicine is studied as part of the Sunnah of prevention, moderation, and trust in Allah (tawakkul), alongside seeking treatment (the Prophet ﷺ encouraged medicine).
- For deeper reading: authentic ḥadīth collections first; then works cataloguing aṭ-ṭibb an-nabawī (e.g. Ibn al-Qayyim’s discussions) under a teacher — not internet self-prescription.
Other well-attested Prophetic remedies in the rotation: honey, dates (ʿajwah), cupping (ḥijāmah), and the principle of seeking treatment.
🌳 Family tree — from Ismāʿīl عليه السلام to the Prophet ﷺ
A simplified lineage for orientation (not every generation is listed). Classical nasab runs through ʿAdnān to ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib.
For detailed nasab charts see classical works (e.g. Ibn Hishām) and reputable educational sites. This tree is a learning aid only.
